My question to Corsair:

Q: As consumer Fanatec warranties are with Endor AG, which will be liquidated, does Corsair intend to honour existing valid Fanatec warranties?

Corsair’s response: 

A: Corsair will honour all valid warranties for customers of Fanatec products.
