Icons of the Racing Game Boom

After a fairly quiet start to 2024, the sim racing and racing game world has really kicked itself into gear over the last few days, with traditionally big hitters like MotoGP and F1 Manager building momentum ahead of release.

Forza is heading in the right direction too, with Le Mans Ultimate seemingly reaching levels of popularity that has taken everyone - including the developer - by surprise.

The Nordschleife on ACC will almost certainly be a huge deal as well, but Kunos Simulazioni and publisher 505 Games have to be careful about how they time the release of Assetto Corsa 2. Originally scheduled for Spring ‘24, the Nordschleife hype will barely have abated by the time AC2 drops as expected in the Summer.

And what then, for ACC? We can’t wait to find out. Exciting times ahead!
