FINALLY, rain is coming to iRacing!

The biggest news is that iRacing’s long-awaited wet weather system - Tempest - will also be unleashed in Season 2.

As we explained last week, Tempest will feature impressively diverse inclement weather options, including dynamic puddle formation and realistically grippy ‘wet lines’.

Not every car will support the weather system on day one, however (much like the service’s New Damage Model and AI implementation),  but will be compatible with the IMSA-spec LMDh cars, so that’s something.

Let’s hope it’s worth the wait…
